But for credit cards, even if it’s a new one, as long as you get the first statement, that’s what counts. Make sure to use it first, pay for groceries or Grab so there’s something reflected in the statement.

When applying for South Korea visa, they don’t ask for confirmed flight tickets, even for single entry visas so no need to book your return flights if you still haven’t done so.
